Not so exciting but still important! Please give my Terms and Conditions a read and note that full Terms and Conditions are available upon request or at checkout.

• We offer our products under a contract for the sale of goods, and bespoke products or commissions are provided under a contract for bespoke goods and/or services.
• We will always provide you with a quote for any bespoke work.
• You pay 50% of the total fees when you book with us, and the balance of the fees is payable on completion of our work, before we hand over any products we have created to you. Our Deposit is non-refundable in most circumstances.
• Given the chaos that the pandemic has imposed on us all, please check our cancellation and/or postponement terms carefully and make sure you have fully understood them. The right to cancel a contract for bespoke goods and services is very much more limited, so please check the cancellation provisions in our Terms carefully.
• The limits of our liability are also set out in our Terms and Conditions.
• We take the use, protection, storage and sharing of your personal data very seriously, so please refer to our Privacy Policy on the website for full details.
• You should note you are agreeing to allow us to use images of the goods and services we provide to you in our marketing materials and on our website and other promotional materials unless you request an opt out of that agreement in writing.
